Hello, welcome to our website. Formed in August 2009, Platypus Aquatics is a company specialising in all forms of aquatic education. From 'learn to swim' programmes to 'teacher of swimming' courses and certification we are able to find the right solution for your aquatic facility. We take a holistic view when delivering courses or when providing support and whether your goal is fitness, fun or competitive swimming we strive to ensure we get the best out of our students and trainees. All our learn to swim classes are conducted in a fun, caring and family safe environment. We can achieve this without sacrificing the discipline that is required in an aquatic environment.

Our Competencies
At PA we have a number of core aquatic competencies including Learn to Swim, Junior Coaching, Infant Aquatics and Special Needs just to name a few. We regularly conduct First Aid and CPR courses for individuals and organisations who require these skills. These skills are regularly updated in Australia.

Courses
Throughout the year we run a number of courses including the Swim Australia Teacher course as well as extension courses. We also offer First Aid and CPR courses through Life Saving Victoria and Bronze Medallion training through Royal Life Australia.
